For a standard residential air conditioner, plan on less than 1 hour. Larger homes or systems that haven't been serviced in a while may take a bit longer. We'll give you a realistic estimate when you book.

Someone does need to be home to let us in and to go over the report with you at the end — we want to make sure you actually understand what we found. It's also just good practice to be home when any contractor is working at your property.

Spring — Feb through May — before the Las Vegas heat arrives. Once the summer temperatures kick in, we get very busy and scheduling can take longer. Booking in spring means you get your pick of times and your air conditioner is ready to go before it's needed most.
